Our fees for leasing property are based upon a one off commission of 10% of the headline annual rent for the property.
If the property lets for £25,000 per annum our fees are £2,500 plus VAT.
Rental incentives and rent free periods are excluded. So if we have to offer 3months rent free as an incentive then the commission will still be £2,500 plus VAT.
The only extra cost is the cost of the To Let board. Usually about £100.
