Letting fees are based on 10% of the headline rental achieved.
Selling fees are based on 1.5% of the property selling price.
There is a £150 listing fee which covers the costs of marketing the property with a for sale/to let board and web and email marketing……
You will also need to provide a commercial EPC if you haven’t already done so. we can arrange this for you.
