Our fees for acquiring freehold or long leasehold property are based upon a one off commission of 1.5% of the acquisition price for the property.
If the price paid for the property is £250,000 our fees are £3,750 plus VAT.
Our fees for acquiring leasehold property are based upon a one off commission of 15% of the headline rent for the property.
If the headline rent negotiated is £25,000 per annum our fees are £3,750 plus VAT.
